• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by you.

6.1 Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order, provided the items are in their original, unused, and uninstalled condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Due to hygiene and installation considerations, the following products are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival:

• Basins & Basin Taps (once installed or used)
• Bath Taps (once installed or used)
• Bath Wastes & Plugs
• Back To Wall Toilet Units (if specially ordered or installed)
• Any Bathroom Accessories that have been opened, used, or installed

6.2 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery to request a Returns Authorisation (RA) number
2. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories
3. Include a copy of your order confirmation inside the package
4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed promptly upon approval of your return. Please allow:

• 5-10 business days for credit/debit card refunds to appear on your statement
• 3-5 business days for PayPal refunds to be reflected in your account
