Returns & Exchanges Policy

We take pride in offering premium bathroom products and are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Should any item not meet your expectations, our straightforward returns and exchange policy ensures a hassle-free resolution.

Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Important Exceptions: Due to hygiene and installation considerations, the following products are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival:

  • Basins & Basin Taps (once installed or used)
  • Bath Taps (once installed or used)
  • Bath Wastes & Plugs (for hygiene reasons)
  • Back To Wall Toilet Units (if specially ordered or installed)
  • Any Bathroom Accessories that have been opened, used, or installed

All returned items must be in their original, unused, and uninstalled condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. Please include your order number and details about the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Pack the Item Securely: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories. Include a copy of your original order confirmation inside the box.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to our returns centre at:

    We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or faulty product).
  4. Processing & Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your request.
    • For refunds: The original payment method will be credited.
    • For exchanges: We will dispatch the replacement item to you.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be processed promptly upon approval of your return. Please allow:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your PayPal account.
