What thickness options do your shower doors come in?
We offer shower doors in various sizes (700mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1100mm) with two glass thickness options: 6mm and 8mm glass enclosures. Our 8mm glass is particularly robust and durable for long-term use.
Do you offer complete bathroom furniture sets?
Yes, we provide Bathroom Furniture Sets that combine storage solutions, basins, and mirrors for a coordinated look, along with individual pieces like Back To Wall Toilet Units and Bath Panels for custom configurations.
What types of bathroom accessories do you offer?
Our Accessory Ranges include Basin & Bath Accessories, Bathroom Accessories, Bath Taps, Basin Taps, Bath Wastes & Plugs, and Bathroom Heating solutions to complete your dream bathroom.
Ordering & Account
How can I create an account on your website?
During the checkout process, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and setting a password. This allows you to track orders, save preferences, and speed up future purchases.
Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?
Order modifications may be possible if your order hasn’t yet been processed (within 1-2 business days). Please contact us immediately with your order number and requested changes. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.

What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS, arriving within 15-25 days after dispatch
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver globally but are currently unable to ship to Asia and select remote areas due to logistical constraints. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse in Carlisle, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor your delivery’s progress.
Do you ship fragile items like glass shower doors safely?
Yes, we take special care with all our products. Our team securely packages every item, from robust 8mm glass shower enclosures to delicate basin taps, to prevent damage during transit.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return period from the date of receipt. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Currently, we specialize in providing high-quality bathroom products for delivery to your door. We don’t offer installation services but many of our products are designed for straightforward installation by competent DIY enthusiasts or professional contractors.

We’re primarily an online retailer, but you can find detailed product information, specifications, and high-resolution images on our website. If you need specific technical documents, please contact our support team.
